To create a shared voice for the ocean, an ocean community, who understands the connections between the ocean and life, and the role of humans.

Pledge Description

Running since 2016, the Irish Ocean Literacy Network has a vision of creating an ocean literate society across the Island of Ireland. We pledge to examine the content and topics we share to identify gaps in the stakeholders involved and the ocean literacy principles highlighted. We will work with members to reduce these gaps, through a shared neutral platform where open dialogue and knowledge can be exchanged.
